Graduate workshops delivering on development

Our graduates and cadets from across Australia met in the Hunter Valley for the 2024 graduate development days, participating in leadership development activities and tours of our Mt Arthur South and Mount Pleasant sites.

The first day of the program saw 49 graduates and cadets participate in workshops aimed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to 电竞博彩推荐 operations, and learn more about personal and career development opportunities. Run by our Australia East training team, the interactive workshops gave the participants skills and knowledge to help set them on a pathway to success, not only during the graduate program, but for their entire career.

Sophie Polt, Health and Safety graduate, spoke of the value of meeting other graduates from across 电竞博彩推荐.

鈥淚t was a great opportunity to network and gain insight from graduates at different sites. Gaining that exposure to how different sites operate will be beneficial as I progress through my career at 电竞博彩推荐鈥, Sophie said.

The second day saw our participants visit our award-winning Mt Arthur South, and Mount Pleasant operations, and for some it was their first time seeing a mine site up close.
